Machine-tool automation · Global distributor opportunities

Turn machine sales into
automation projects.

Bring your customers’ turning and grinding requirements to Chuanhe. Build a project around the part, the machine and the handling process—with a clearly agreed integration and service plan.

Start with your customer’s production challenge

Find the project behind
the machine enquiry.

These are conversations to qualify with your customers, not claims about completed installations.

01 / REPEAT TURNED PARTS

Bearing rings & repeat components

Explore a repeatable load, machine and unload sequence for a defined family of parts.

Ask first
Blank condition, part orientation, machining operations, batch size and changeovers.
Project discussion
Gantry handling or an integrated robot cell, subject to part and process review.
02 / MACHINE TENDING

Manufacturers reviewing manual handling

Understand where operators load, transfer, inspect and unload parts before discussing automation.

Ask first
Current work sequence, intervention frequency, fixtures, floor space and desired output.
Project discussion
A handling layout and realistic operating plan—not an assumed labour-saving percentage.
03 / GRINDING & LINKED PROCESSES

Customers with a wider process requirement

Review whether grinding or an additional operation can form part of the proposed cell or line.

Ask first
Transfer conditions, cleanliness, workholding, inspection, buffers and machine interfaces.
Project discussion
Engineering feasibility first. Compatibility is not assumed across every machine.
Choose the approach—not just the machine

Three automation conversations.
Different engineering questions.

Define the workpiece flow before selecting the equipment, handling method and control interfaces.

Gantry-line approach

Gantry-fed CNC lathe lines

Discuss overhead handling between agreed machine stations, loading positions and output locations.

  • Part gripping and orientation
  • Station sequence and transfer timing
  • Magazine, conveyor and buffer requirements

Integrated robot cells

The C200HS product information describes a built-in loading and unloading robot and an OP10 / OP20 arrangement.

  • Match the part to the selected configuration
  • Confirm gripper, fixture and loading method
  • Review changeover and service access

Application review required

Grinding automation projects

Discuss the required grinding process and handling arrangement with the factory before specifying a cell.

  • Workholding, loading and unloading access
  • Wheel dressing, coolant and inspection
  • Interfaces, protection and acceptance criteria

Equipment to start the discussion

Connect the project
to a real machine.

Review the existing product information. A reference machine is not a pre-approved configuration for every automation project.

Qualify the project before quoting

A useful brief.
A clearer proposal.

Send what you already know. Missing details can be resolved during the technical discussion.

  1. 01Share the application

Drawing, process, output target and site information.

  2. 02Review the concept

Machine configuration, handling flow and feasibility.

  3. 03Agree the proposal

Scope, responsibilities, acceptance, cost and schedule.

  4. 04Plan the handover

Installation, training and the agreed support arrangement.

Cycle time, staffing, output and payback depend on the agreed process and operating conditions. They are assessed for the project; no universal performance or return is promised.

For distributors, agents & integration partners

You develop the local opportunity.
We define the project together.

Discuss a cooperation model matched to your sales coverage, application knowledge and service capability.

01 / PROTECT THE OPPORTUNITY

Project & lead coordination

Approved registered projects can receive 3–6 months of protection. Relevant regional enquiries may be referred under the agreed partner arrangements.

02 / DEVELOP THE PROPOSAL

Application & commercial support

Coordinate machine selection and the proposed handling scope. Demo or first-order terms, exhibition participation and advertising support are discussed for the market.

03 / PLAN LOCAL DELIVERY

Installation & service roles

Capable partners can discuss local installation and support responsibilities. Factory assistance, training, travel costs, warranty and spare parts are agreed for the project.

Global distributor recruitment

Add automation projects
to your machine-tool business.

Tell us about your customers, coverage and technical team. No fixed investment or exclusive territory is assumed at the application stage.

A project-specific agreement

Product and market fit review

Responsibilities matched to partner capability

Commercial and service terms confirmed in writing

Exclusivity considered under the agreed trial and targets

Before the first project

Questions from automation partners.

Can I start with a single machine rather than a complete line?

Discuss the customer’s immediate process and possible future steps. A staged approach may be considered after reviewing handling, interfaces and the intended production sequence; later expansion should not be assumed without that review.

Can automation be added to a customer’s existing equipment?

Share the machine model, control information, layout and required operation. Interface access, machine condition, safety and integration scope need confirmation before a retrofit can be proposed.

Can turning and grinding be combined in one project?

This requires a review of the complete process, transfer conditions, workholding, inspection and equipment interfaces. The machine selection and integration scope must be agreed for the specific application.

Do you guarantee a fixed cycle time or return on investment?

There is no blanket figure for every line. A project-specific estimate needs defined parts, process steps, changeovers, availability assumptions and an agreed test method. Commercial acceptance conditions are confirmed in the proposal.

Bring a customer application

Start with the part.
Build the project brief.

Tell us what the customer makes, the current process and the target output. If drawings are not ready, describe the requirement to start the discussion.

For a distribution partnership rather than a specific machine project, use the short partner application.
