Match the groove geometry, spindle and work envelope to the part.
Compare G73HV, G410HV and G418HV for profile grinding in linear-guide sliders and related guideway components. Review groove access, wheel geometry, spindle configuration and the required travel together.

The catalogue references arc grooves in linear-guide sliders, KK / GTH modules, ball-cage and crossed-roller guide components. Confirm suitability against the specific part drawing.
G73HV
Review the 300 × 600 mm grinding range, 700 / 295 mm X/Z travel and listed 40000 / 60000 rpm spindle options.
G410HV
The current G410HV specification lists a 1000 × 400 mm worktable, 1200 / 350 mm X/Z travel and a 24000 rpm spindle. Confirm the grinding envelope for the intended setup.
G418HV
Review the 360 × 1800 mm grinding range, 2000 / 380 mm X/Z travel and listed 30000 rpm spindle.
Keep grinding range, clamping area and axis travel separate. Open the product page for the complete specification and configuration details.

Sources: the current Chuanhe technical workbook for G410HV; the 2026 CNC grinding catalogue, PDF page 7, for the other models. Measurement and weight bases are stated per model. Spindle-centre distance is not usable part height. Machine weight is not table-load capacity. Allow for the wheel, chuck, fixture and operating clearances. Confirm the ordered configuration and acceptance requirements in the technical agreement.
G73HV lists 40000 / 60000 rpm, with optional configurations indicated. The current G410HV specification lists 24000 rpm; G418HV lists 30000 rpm. Do not transfer the highest speed to every model.
The current G410HV specification gives a 1000 × 400 mm worktable. It does not specify a separate grinding range or auxiliary-table clamping area. Confirm these dimensions for the intended workpiece and fixture.
Provide the internal or external groove profile, radii, datum references and tolerance requirements. Confirm wheel access and the grinding path before choosing an envelope.
Confirm the ordered spindle speed and complete wheel geometry. The PDF gives incomplete wheel notation; no missing width or bore dimension is inferred here.
Review dressing, material, hardness, stock removal and the required finish. Agree how groove geometry, raceway relationships and repeatability will be measured on the sample part.

No. The catalogue lists it with G73HV; the other models have different listed spindle configurations. Confirm the ordered option before quotation.
No. G400HV and G500HV are shown in the CNC Right-Angle category. Select by the intended process as well as the model suffix.
No. The catalogue notation is incomplete. Confirm the full wheel dimensions, specification, speed compatibility and dressing requirements with the factory.
