Shorter work envelopes
G63H · G48H
Compare 300 × 600 and 400 × 800 mm grinding ranges for parts and fixtures that fit these envelopes.
Grinding Machine / CNC Grinding Machine / CNC Surface
Match the grinding envelope to the customer’s surface-finishing job.
Compare five H-series models for programmed surface-grinding cycles, feed control and wheel dressing. Start with the part and fixture, then confirm travel, wheel access and the required finish.

Flat surfaces on plates, tooling and fixtures are starting applications for review, not a guarantee that every material or setup is suitable.
G63H · G48H
Compare 300 × 600 and 400 × 800 mm grinding ranges for parts and fixtures that fit these envelopes.
G410H · G608H
G410H has a 1000 × 400 mm worktable; G608H lists a 600 × 800 mm grinding range. Confirm the grinding envelope separately from worktable dimensions.
G418H
Review the 400 × 1800 mm grinding range and 2000 mm X travel for long parts, including handling and support requirements.
Keep grinding range, clamping area and axis travel separate. Open the product page for the complete specification and configuration details.

Sources: the current Chuanhe technical workbook for G410H; the 2026 CNC grinding catalogue, PDF page 5, for the other models. Measurement and weight bases are stated per model. Spindle-centre distance is not usable part height. Machine weight is not table-load capacity. Allow for the wheel, chuck, fixture and operating clearances. Confirm the ordered configuration and acceptance requirements in the technical agreement.
G410H lists a 1000 × 400 mm worktable and 1200 / 420 mm X/Z travel. G608H lists a 600 × 800 mm grinding range and 1000 / 620 mm X/Z travel. Worktable area and grinding range are different specifications.
Its 400 × 1800 mm grinding range extends length, not width. Confirm part support, fixture clearance and access along the full stroke before recommending the larger model.
Confirm roughing, finishing, spark-out and the return sequence. The catalogue describes surface-grinding modes and automatic dressing; the supplied cycle and controller configuration need project confirmation.
Match the abrasive, dressing method, chuck or fixture, coolant and filtration to material, hardness, stock removal and surface-finish requirements.
Review machine dimensions separately from service space and loading access. Agree flatness, parallelism, surface finish and the inspection method against a representative part.

Existing website images are retained. Catalogue illustrations identify a series, not a verified photograph of every individual model.
Collect these details so the factory can review the model, configuration and acceptance scope.
Do not select from the label alone. Compare the actual programmed grinding cycles, feed drives, dressing functions and supplied controller. The NC category remains a useful alternative when its confirmed functions match the job.
No. G418H adds length, while G608H offers a wider listed grinding envelope. Check both dimensions and the complete grinding path.
No. Wheel radius, chuck, fixture and operating clearance affect usable workpiece height. Confirm the complete setup before quotation.
